USPS First Class is used for shipping unless otherwise noted.
Orders are normally shipped within three business days of being received.
TEMPUS VITAE® PARFUMS will do everything in our power to expedite, however delays in and during shipping can occur.

-Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $15.95 USD for USPS International Standard or $24.95 for USPS Priority International*.
-Shipping International outside Canada is a flat rate of $18.95 USD for USPS International Standard or $29.95 USD for USPS Priority International*.

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Domestic USPS mail quotes are 2-5 business days for delivery of USPS first class orders.
Lost in transit
Please contact us if your item has not arrived within 10 days of your order being placed and we will try and locate it. If the tracking reference shows that your item is still with USPS mail we are required to wait a specified number of days before a claim can be made for a lost item. At that point a claim will be made and a replacement item sent (stock permitting). Where items are out of stock a refund will be made.
In the event of an order lost in transit the customer is required to cooperate with us and USPS mail in dealing with the claim. Failure to cooperate may invalidate the claim for a lost order.
